From Climitigation to the field
Climitigation identified coastal enhanced weathering as an underfunded carbon-removal pathway. Project Vesta was founded to move that idea out of the literature and into carefully monitored real-world trials.
Phytomining and carbon removal
Metalplant combines nickel-hyperaccumulating plants with enhanced rock weathering. The plants recover nickel from soils and crushed rock while the weathering pathway removes atmospheric carbon dioxide.
